Easi-Serv has joined the QuikServ family

We are pleased to inform you that as of October 26, 2018, Easi-Serv has joined the Quikserv family. Quikserv is dedicated to providing excellent products and service to its customers, an aim that aligns well with Easi-Serv’s culture and reputation in the industry. We are excited to join our teams to better serve you, our customers.

 

Easi-serv will continue to supply the same quality windows and accessories, but will have the added advantage of greater manufacturing capacity and additional product offerings through Quikserv. Brian Hanson will continue to represent Easi-Serv products as part of the Quikserv team and will remain your sales contact.

 

As far as changes you can expect: billing is shifting to Quikserv and thus we may ask for a revised credit card forms to be completed in order to provide uninterrupted service. You will also likely see mention of Quikserv and/or the Quikserv logo on your invoices. Apart from those changes, we will strive to keep the transition as seamless as possible from a customer perspective.

 

We will be publicizing a formal announcement of our merger early in the New Year once the transition has been completed. In the interim, we want to be sure that our valued customers remain informed and have resources available to alleviate any questions or concerns.
